Early-Access Purchase Terms
Last updated August 2026 · version 2026-08-02
These terms apply when you buy a Motionpiece film during Early Access. They form part of your agreement with us together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You accept all three explicitly, by version, before you pay.
Who you are contracting with
Your purchase contract is with Vino, trading as Motionpiece. Contractual notices and questions go to motionpieceai@gmail.com, which a person reads.
1. What you are buying
One Motionpiece film about your product, for a one-time price of US$49, delivered as a clean 1080p60 export with no Motionpiece branding on it. One order buys one film.
There is nothing further to buy, nothing to unlock, and no recurring charge of any kind. There is no subscription and no plan — a single payment for a single film is the entire commercial offer during Early Access.
2. When you are charged
You approve the storyboard and narration first. Payment comes after that and before production starts, so you know what is being made before you pay for it.
Nothing is charged when you approve the storyboard, and nothing is charged when you tick the acceptance box. You are charged when you complete payment with Stripe, our payment processor. Your order is confirmed only when Stripe confirms the payment to us — we never treat a return from the payment page as proof of payment.
Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes, duties, or currency-conversion and card fees your bank or your jurisdiction imposes are yours.
3. Delivery target
We aim to deliver within 1 to 3 days of confirmed payment. This is a target, not a guarantee.
4. If production fails
If we cannot produce a conforming film, we will first correct the problem or re-perform the work at our own cost. You pay nothing more while we do, and your order stays open.
That additional remediation period lasts at most 14 calendar days after the original delivery target. If we still cannot deliver a conforming film by the end of it, we may cancel your order and will issue any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. We will tell you before we cancel.
5. Revisions and corrections
You approve the storyboard and narration before production — that is where changes are free and fast. After approval, an order covers one finished film and does not include a customer-directed revision round.
Defects on our side are a different thing and are not revisions. A rendering fault, a factual error about your product, a broken caption, a mispronounced name: we fix those, and fixing them is part of producing the film.
6. Refunds and cancellation
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
That carve-out is not decoration. We sell internationally, and consumer-protection law in many places gives buyers cancellation and refund rights that a contract cannot remove — including, in parts of the EU and the UK, a right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. Where such a right applies to you, it applies regardless of what this section says, and we will honour it.
Before production starts, you may ask us to cancel an unstarted order and we will refund it. Once we have produced and delivered a conforming film, we do not refund it because you have changed your mind about it.
7. Orders we may decline
We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot fulfil lawfully, that breaches the acceptable-use section of the Terms of Service, that we are not set up to support in your jurisdiction, or where we cannot obtain the repository access the film requires. If we decline before production, you are not charged. If we cancel after payment, we refund you.
8. What you get, and what you may do with it
Ownership of the finished film is dealt with in section 4 of the Terms of Service: we assign you everything we own and can transfer, and licence you the rest perpetually, worldwide and irrevocably, for any lawful use including commercial use. You do not owe us anything further for using it.
Permission for us to show your film in our own marketing is separate, is opt-in, and is not granted by buying anything.
9. Your acceptance is recorded
Before you are taken to the payment page, you tick a box confirming that you have read and agree to these terms, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. We record that acceptance: which documents, which version of each, the date and time, your account, the order it relates to, and how you accepted.
We keep that record and do not alter it. If we later change any of these documents, your order remains governed by the versions you accepted — a new version applies to a new order, which you accept separately.
